Brayford is a delightful rural village on the fringe of Exmoor
National Park and has two chapels, church, primary school
and village hall. The property is accessible to Barnstaple
and South Molton, both these towns being thriving market towns
with an excellent range of facilities. There is a full range
of schooling nearby including the renowned West Buckland School
and there are several leisure pursuits in the vicinity including
golf, fishing, riding etc. Ex moor National Park is close
by as is the spectacular North Devon coast line and the area
is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty. The North
Devon link road (A361) is nearby offering easy access to Tiverton
and associated links with the national motorway and inter
city rail networks at Tiverton Parkway.
The
market town of South Molton is about 3 miles from Meadow View,
Bishops Nympton, and offers an excellent range of facilities
including shops, banks, Post Office, library, health centres,
primary junior and secondary schooling, twice weekly general
market and indoor swimming pool. The A361 is easily accessible
and provides good road links to both Barnstaple, the regional
centre of North Devon with its out of town superstores, leisure
centre and college and also to Tiverton with its associated
links to the national motorway and intercity rail networks
at Tiverton Parkway. Exmoor is within easy motoring distance
as is the North Devon coast.
