Brayford is a delightful rural village on the fringe of Exmoor National Park and has two chapels, church, primary school and village hall. The property is accessible to Barnstaple and South Molton, both these towns being thriving market towns with an excellent range of facilities. There is a full range of schooling nearby including the renowned West Buckland School and there are several leisure pursuits in the vicinity including golf, fishing, riding etc. Ex moor National Park is close by as is the spectacular North Devon coast line and the area is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty. Exmoor is within easy motoring distance as is the North Devon coast.
